If Power Play had told you four years ago that President Elect Barack Obama today would be on the precipice of getting the full rollback of the Bush-era tax cuts coupled with deep defense cuts, it would have sounded like a liberal fantasy. If Power Play told you that he would be able to blame Republicans for this multi-trillion-dollar tax hike and Pentagon punch it would have sounded like a conservative nightmare.
